Jon Wyness, Senior Partner and Registered Trade Mark Attorney, is elected to Council of the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and serves on three committees. He is also a committee member of the International Trade Mark Association where he contributes articles on trade mark developments in Europe. Jon has worked as in-house trade mark counsel for an international luxury goods group for over 10 years, and as a Senior Trade Mark attorney for the largest international law firm offering trade mark services to some of the leading brand-owning companies in the world. Jon is able to offer commercially orientated advice and practical solutions to trade mark problems in Europe and beyond. Jon is also an examiner and a lecturer in trade marks.
